401 B Street is a premier office tower located along Downtown San Diego’s B Street corridor. The property features views of San Diego Bay and several on-site amenities, including a fitness center with showers and lockers, a café with an outdoor patio and covered seating, and a newly renovated conference center.

For parking, ACE has confirmed the following recommended daily caps:

Tuesday and Wednesday, September 15–16: 300 vehicles, with the ability to accommodate up to 350 if needed.
Thursday through Sunday, September 17–20: 150 to 200 vehicles per day.

General attendees will receive a discounted validation rate of $15, compared with the regular daily rate of $36.

The event is at Qualcomm’s Pacific Center. Free parking is available in the garage at 10145 Pacific Center Blvd. Signage will guide attendees along the walking paths to nearby Building AZ (10155 Pacific Heights Blvd).

Perched on the cliffs overlooking the Pacific Ocean, MCASD La Jolla provides a stunning backdrop for design talks and panel discussions. The intimate gallery spaces foster meaningful conversations about contemporary design practice.
