In this highly interactive multimedia workshop, PlayInnové explores how intentional engagement design can transform communication, collaboration, creativity, and innovation within teams. Through storytelling, visuals, creative exercises, and hands-on collaborative experiences inspired by LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methods, participants will experience how environments can be intentionally designed to reduce friction, increase psychological safety, and unlock more meaningful human connection.
This session brings the concept of the “Human Operating System” to life, examining how pause, purpose, and play influence the way people share ideas, solve problems, and contribute within organizations and communities.
