About the Host
Jarazet is an innovation strategist and founder of WE ARE IN AI™, organizer of San Diego’s First Responsible and Human-Centered AI Forum, and a pioneer in Human-Centered AI Transformation. With 15+ years leading large-scale technology projects for Fortune 500 companies across North America, LATAM, and EMEA, she is a Design Thinking expert who has taught across global forums including IDEO U. Beyond her work in AI, she mentors emerging leaders at the UCSD Blackstone LaunchPad and has served as a judge for the United Nations Reboot the Earth Hackathon at the UCSD Supercomputer Center. Her work sits at the intersection of human-centered design and responsible AI, helping organizations and communities build technology that starts with people. As a pioneer in the field, Jarazet is building a category-defining Human-Centered AI initiative that ensures human agency and responsibility are at the core of the AI lifecycle.
