Join us for a vision boarding workshop co-hosted by Yorka, co-founder of iEmpower, and Rinki, San Diego-based designer, both passionate about empowering attendees to manifest their dreams. This event offers a journey of self-discovery and belonging as participants craft individual or collective visions for the future.

Whether focusing on personal goals, community initiatives, or career aspirations, this two-hour workshop using a guided inclusive approach is designed to bring those dreams to life. About the Host

iEmpower:Yorka Valesco-Caballero/Rinki Mukherjee

iEmpower is an inclusive non-profit organization dedicated to inspiring women to feel empowered, engaged, and supported with a community-driven culture. The organization fosters life satisfaction by offering hope, compassion, and valuable resources that elevate and promote one another. iEmpower accelerates this movement nurturing a supportive community that empowers women to achieve their goals. This event will be co-hosted by Yorka Valesco Caballero and Rinki Mukherjee.

Yorka Velasco-Caballero is a dynamic leader with over 25 years of experience in strategy, sales, marketing, and business development. She currently serves as a Key Account Manager at Staples Inc., overseeing contract negotiations for enterprise customers. She co-founded iEmpower.org, aimed at empowering women globally, and has held significant roles at Keurig Dr. Pepper, including launching an Innovation Lab. She recently co-wrote and launched WILA- Women in Leadership Accelerator Program, graduating 48 professionals from across the US. A Yale and Cornell alumna, Yorka is also a certified coach and active advocate for gender equity and leadership, with a passion for community impact and mentorship.

Rinki Mukherjee started her career as a graphic designer for Fortune 500 brands. She recently worked as a UX Design Lead in a technology company. Rinki is passionate about community engagement, having served on the boards of organizations like the American Marketing Association and Prospanica, where she met Yorka. As an early supporter of iEmpower, she was among the founding members, joining the movement to empower women.
