Workshop The Vessel: An Activation for Designing the Inner Conditions for Creativity
Workshop The Vessel: An Activation for Designing the Inner Conditions for Creativity
Every great design begins with a moment of inspiration.
The question is: How do we become receptive enough to receive inspiration for creativity?
What if creativity isn’t something we produce, but something we learn to receive?
What it is:
The Vessel is a multi-sensory workshop exploring how attention, perception and the nervous system shape the creative process.
Through a carefully designed sequence of sound, breath, movement, embodied awareness, understanding how the nervous system shapes the creative process and guided subconscious experience, participants gently transition from analytical thinking into receptive presence, discovering how to cultivate the inner conditions that allow inspiration to be received.
Rather than leaving with another framework to implement, participants leave with a lived experience of creative receiving and practical tools for cultivating the inner conditions that support creativity, innovation and authentic expression.
Who it’s for:
Creatives, designers, and the builders of what’s next. Recenter and align for a day of inspiration, creativity, and connection with this interactive workshop.
