Workshop/Demo AMPLIFIED!™ — AI-Powered Problem Statements
Most organizations waste energy solving the wrong problem. In this hands-on workshop, innovation expert Kevin Popović, The Idea Guy®, introduces AMPLIFIED!™ — AI-Powered Problem Statements, a fast, effective process for reframing challenges into actionable problem statements.
Participants will work directly with the AMPLIFIED! Worksheet, blending Human Intelligence (HI) and Generative AI (ChatGPT) to:
• Document a real challenge they face.
• Apply the “How Might We” model to draft problem statements.
• Use AI to refine for clarity, empathy, and impact.
In just 45 minutes, you’ll walk away with a framework you can apply immediately to civic design, social impact, or organizational challenges. This session aligns with Design for Impact by showing how structured problem framing not only looks good on paper but drives purposeful, human-centered change in the real world.
