This presentation will feature the KP Women Civic Internship Program, a six-month remote internship empowering women graduates from underrepresented regions in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. The session will delve into the program’s design and execution, emphasizing its blended learning curriculum, one-on-one mentorship, digital and financial inclusion efforts, and remote implementation. It includes an overview of key components and a dedicated Q&A session. Attendees will gain insights into how similar initiatives can foster inclusion for women in the tech industry.
