Michael Vargas - Lead By Impact
Michael is an international facilitator with nearly 12 years of experience and has a master’s in clinical psychology. He started by leading groups at a mental health facility and an improv theater company.
While serving as the Community Organizer for OpenIDEO in San Diego, and working with organizations like AJ& Smart, Michael developed a deep understanding of how to make design thinking outcome-driven.
Applying his unique background, Michael currently helps teams de-risk business decisions through
Design Sprints.
