Please enter the description for your proposed event/feature. If your event is selected, this copy will also be used in the website event listing (75-150 words)

Describe to guests what they will experience and why they should attend. If applicable, outline the timing and schedule for activities. (Event final copy and photos/graphics will be due on July 15th)

Make sure your idea has a clear connection to this year’s theme BELONGING: Radical Inclusion (Refer to “Event Theme & Event Criteria” in the Guidelines).

Key questions that might help you in the creation of this outline are:

• What does BELONGING mean to you through the lens of design?
• How can design create, foster and transform Belonging?
• How does belonging influence your design work?
• What role does inclusivity play in from design concept to implementation?
• How does your design work create belonging?
• What does it mean to create a future where residents in San Diego and Tijuana belong?

Also include at least three images that best represent your work (either website links or uploaded images, with a brief description).
