Guided Tour Tours of Qualcomm Pacific Center Campus

Guided Tour Tours of Qualcomm Pacific Center Campus

We welcome the community to enjoy guided tours of our Pacific Center Campus — a 9.4-acre site transformed from a vehicle-oriented office park into a pedestrian-focused, sustainable environment that connects outward to the naturalized open space of Lopez Canyon. The campus includes office and laboratory environments designed with flexible, open workplaces that promote collaboration through interconnected horizontal pathways and encourage movement, wellness, and interaction through vertical circulation.

Tours will be led by architects on the Qualcomm Real Estate & Facilities staff. They will give you a first-hand look at the design strategies and sustainability features used at this site. The campus has earned an American Architecture Award from the Chicago Athenaeum, an IIDA Gold, ASLA Southern California Honor Awards, AIA Excellence in Architecture Award, and ENR California’s Best Project for Office/Retail/Mixed Use — recognition of a design that prioritizes daylighting, natural ventilation, thermal mass, and a living landscape of bioswales, green roofs, and native planting.

Please enjoy the rest of the San Diego Design Week programming while you’re here. Qualcomm Pacific Center Campus is also the host venue for Digital Design Day presented by Qualcomm and UC San Diego Design Lab.
